Chocolate nut balls

1 half coconut
2 cups almond pomace (The almond milk I used in the Soursop cream)
1 cup dates
100 gr. raw cocoa (in Martinique we can buy it on the market)

Zutaten Nussbällchen

Datteln pitted and puree in a blender.
Grind raw cocoa and grate coconut fine.
Mix all ingredients well and knead to a firm dough.
Shape balls and roll in sesame seeds and desiccated coconut and refrigerate.
Hmmm... it is delicious!

If you want it sweeter, take more dates.
Just no coconut? Overnight soaked cashews taste even better!
No almonds? Goes well with only coconut!
