Ginger-Curcuma-Lemon ice tea1 thumb large piece ginger
1 small finger large piece curcuma
4 big lemons
1 dried hibiscus flower from Africa (present from Regina from SY JASINA)
Scrape the bowl of ginger and curcuma with the knife.
Cut ginger into small cubes, curcuma in thin slices.
Add the Hibiscus flower, if you have any.
Pour hot water over, refrigerate.
Squeeze lemons, mix with the cold tea and serve immediately.
Gives 4 glasses.
