Soursop cream1/2 Soursop
3 fig bananas (lady fingers)
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp. flax seeds
First soak chia seeds in almond milk.
Then peel the Soursop and cut them into slices, so you can better shelling the kernels out.
Put the remaining ingredients in a blender, blend, done!
Fill the Soursop cream in bowls, grind the flax seeds in the coffee grinder and sprinkle on the top.
The Soursop is an excellent source of nutrients and contains a lot of vitamin B1, B2 and C.
